You don’t have to keep holding it all together.

Therapy for high-achieving women who are exhausted, quietly struggling, or carrying something they haven’t had space to put down yet.

From the outside, you’re doing well.

You’re showing up.
Getting things done.
Being who people expect you to be.

But underneath that…

you’re tired in a way that rest doesn’t fix
you feel off, flat, or just not like yourself
or you’re carrying something you haven’t really had space to process.

And it’s not obvious.

Because this doesn’t look like falling apart.

It looks like coping.

But it catches up eventually.

And when it does, it doesn’t always look like a crisis. It looks like quietly wondering if something is missing.

You don’t need to choose between your ambition and your wellbeing.

You can keep moving forward and feel like yourself while you do.

Hi, I’m Chloe

Clinical Social Worker, AASW member, and founder of Mind Care Avenue.

I work with women who are high-functioning on the outside and quietly exhausted on the inside.

Women who are dealing with grief, a major life shift, or a persistent sense that something isn’t right but who haven’t had the space to actually sit with it.

My approach is warm, direct, and built around you.

Together we’ll work through what’s going on beneath the surface, so you can stop managing it and actually move through it.

I have 10 years of experience working hospital and mental health settings - from acute inpatient care to rural, remote, regional, and metro services.

Sessions are available online, so you can access support from wherever you are.

What we work on together:

- Processing grief, loss, or major life transitions

- Rebuilding a sense of identity and direction

Managing anxiety, burnout, and emotional exhaustion

How:

1. Reach out — no prep needed, just a few lines about where you’re at

2. We’ll talk through what’s going on and figure out what kind of support makes sense

3. Start working together in a way that actually fits you

What this work actually gives you:

  • More clarity in your decisions.

  • More steadiness day-to-day.

  • Less internal noise.

And a version of you that feels like yourself again

  • C. Harrison - 1:1 Therapy

"I never expected therapy to feel this grounding while my business was growing faster than I could manage. Chloe helped me navigate the overwhelm, imposter syndrome, and anxiety that came with scaling alone, alongside the grief of a recent relationship breakdown. Her approach is compassionate, structured, and practical. I finally feel like I can lead my business, manage my emotions, and take care of myself without burning out."

  • R. Montgomery - Telehealth / Online Sessions

"Working with Chloe online was perfect for my busy schedule. Even from home, I felt fully seen and supported. The tools and worksheets she provides made every session actionable, and I could integrate the exercises into my day-to-day life immediately. I feel more grounded and resilient than I have in years."

  • S. Patel - Grieving a Loved One (Lost Parent Young)

"I lost my dad when I was young, and the grief never fully left me. Chloe gave me a safe space to explore decades of suppressed emotions, and helped me understand how this grief was showing up in my relationships and work. I finally feel like I can acknowledge my pain without it controlling me."

  • T. Reynolds - Grief of Marriage Breakdown & Single Parenting

"After my marriage ended, I was trying to run my business and raise my child alone. I felt exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself. Chloe’s guidance helped me navigate my grief, establish boundaries, and reconnect with joy. I can now parent and work with intention instead of just surviving."

  • H. Sullivan - Social Anxiety / 6-Session Package

"I signed up for Chloe’s 6-session package after our initial consult, unsure if therapy would really work for me. The sessions were transformative. Chloe met me exactly where I was, helped me work through social anxiety, and gave me tools to manage overwhelming feelings. By the end, I felt more confident, calmer, and able to engage with life again."
